Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax., a 26 de noviembre de 2022.- En las últimas horas, cientos de usuarios reportaron el hackeo de cuentas personales de WhatsApp en Oaxaca.
Ante ello la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública de Oaxaca (SSPO) compartió recomendaciones para evitar ser víctimas de fraudes a través del robo de las cuentas de esta red social.
Entre estas recomendaciones, la SSPO a través de la Unidad de Policía Cibernética sugiere primero, reinstalar la aplicación en el dispositivo, posteriormente, reactiva tu cuenta con el número telefónico registrado.
Asimismo, solicita el código de verificación vía SMS o llamada telefónica, en caso de solicitar PIN, selecciona opción «Olvidé PIN».
Además deberás esperar un plazo de siete días para recuperar tu cuenta, evita cancelar tu línea telefónica.
Una vez recuperada tu cuenta, habilita la verificación en dos pasos, esto para prevenir el robo de tu cuenta personal de mensajería
De igual forma, nunca compartas tu PIN o códigos con nadie y configura o solicita la cancelación de tu buzón de voz.
En caso de robo o extravío de la tarjeta SIM solicita el bloqueo y la para recuperación de la línea.
